Dr. Mark Belcher is an anesthesiologist specializing in interventional pain management. He has been in practice since 1994.
Dr. Belcher is from the Washington D.C. area. He earned his undergraduate degree from Yale University, where he played lacrosse and football. He received his medical degree from George Washington University. He did his internship in general surgery at the George Washington Hospital, and his residency training in anesthesia at Georgetown University, which included 6 month fellowships in pain management and high risk obstetric anesthesia.
As an anesthesiologist, Dr. Belcher has worked in many different hospital settings from Level 1 trauma centers to small rural hospitals where he was the only anesthesia provider. He has served as chief of anesthesia departments at two different hospitals. During his career in private practice, he has continued to provide pain management services in addition to his operating room responsibilities. While working in Alaska he was the sole practitioner running the largest pain clinic in Anchorage providing both inpatient and outpatient pain services.
He is a member of the Missouri State Medical Association, Missouri Society of Anesthesiologists, and the American Society of Anesthesiologists.

She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in Family Medicine. She currently resides near Edwardsville, Illinois with her husband and two children.
